Discover Effortless Mindfulness

Have you ever felt a moment of real peace, aliveness, or connection - and wished you knew how to get back there, often?

What if instead of seeking states of awakening, freedom, and calm... there was a way to relax into it?

What if it was less about the activities that get you there and more about returning to that which is already here? Steady, spacious, timeless, calm... original trust.

What if you didn't need to wait to do your ritual, your prayer, your sitting meditation, daylong hike or half-marathon... but had access to that feeling, that connection to something bigger that supports you - right in the middle of your everyday life?

This is what Effortless Mindfulness offers: a way to shift awareness in the middle of things. Eyes open. In motion. While living. One Glimpse at a time.

This Might Feel Familiar

The moments that matter most - when you’re in a difficult conversation, when pressure or anxiety hits in the middle of a workday, when your partner or pet is triggering you - those aren’t the moments you can excuse yourself to go meditate.

You need access right then.

Maybe you’ve experienced moments of freedom, flow, joy or wellbeing - and wondered how to access those qualities without waiting for the right activity or circumstances.

Whether you've been meditating for years or never found a practice that fits - this might change things.

What is Effortless Mindfulness

Effortless Mindfulness is a non-dogmatic method rooted in ancient wisdom yet applied to our modern world. Developed by Loch Kelly, it teaches you how to shift awareness in the middle of things - not just on the meditation cushion.

It's not about being calm all the time (that's not realistic - nor the goal).

It's about remembering you have a choice in how you meet each moment. That you can return to a steady ground of being that's always been here, even when life is messy.

It's learning to be more present with reality - from a place that's resourced, spacious, and connected to something bigger than your reactive patterns.
